FCRadar.gg is a fan-made, independent website providing EA FC player statistics, ratings, career mode tools (including shortlists, player comparisons, and curated player lists), and community discussion features. The Service is provided free of charge to registered and unregistered users.

FCRadar.gg is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. ("EA") or any of its subsidiaries. All EA FC-related trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of EA and their respective owners.

5. User-Generated Content

By submitting content to the Service (including comments, shortlist names, and votes), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or that we consider, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate.

The FCRadar.gg brand, logo, website design, code, and original content are the intellectual property of FCRadar.gg and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without our prior written consent.

Player data, names, likenesses, club badges, and other EA FC-related assets are the property of Electronic Arts Inc. and/or the relevant rights holders. FCRadar.gg displays this information for informational, non-commercial, fan purposes only.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim, or £10 (GBP).
